Kindly review our policies below:

1. Shipping Policy
a. Domestic Shipping (Dubai)
* A delivery fee of 32 AED applies to all orders within Dubai.
b. International Shipping
* The shipping fee for GCC orders is 150 AED.
* ⁠• The shipping fee for International orders is 200 AED.

2. Alteration Terms & Conditions
Effective after 7 days from the date of receiving the item
* Standard tailoring: 53 AED per abaya
* Full abaya resizing: 157.5 AED per abaya

Altered abayas cannot be exchanged, modified again, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Modification Policy
RA does not accept returns or exchanges for alternative products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a modification service to adjust the item to your needs.

Eligibility for Modification
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

a. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
b. The modification request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase or receiving the item.
c. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

4. Cancellation Policy
* Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
* All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Handling for Modifications

* The customer is responsible for all delivery and handling charges related to modifications.
* RA will only cover shipping costs if the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent or a manufacturing defect).

6. Refund Policy
* RA does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
* All orders, once confirmed, are final.

This policy may be updated without prior notice. We encourage customers to review it periodically.
